We will do our best to meet your registration requests; however, please be aware that some session times and/or classes fill quickly. All registration is processed online. Once you submit your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation. (If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, contact
- be sure to check your spam folder first.) We will contact you by email with your child's class placement in early August. Please do not attempt to attend classes until you receive your class assignment from the PSR Office.
If your child has a life-threatening medical concern, please complete the appropriate Emergency Action Plan from the Documents sidebar (at right) and submit it to the PSR Office prior to participation in any PSR class or event.
Once you submit your online registration form, you will receive a payment invoice and required signature packet in the mail.
STEP 2: Return all completed paperwork & submit payment.
An invoice and required signature forms will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days of your online form submission. Please return your forms within 10 days. We must have this paperwork on file to process your registration and for class placement to occur.
Submit your payment (check made payable to St. Peter Chanel or pay online) to complete your registration. Please do not pay until you receive an invoice from the PSR Office.
